By accessing claudeBase, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description

claudeBase is a community platform for sharing plugins, prompts, and discussions related to Claude AI development. We provide hosting and discovery tools. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• One account per person. No bots or automated accounts.
• Accounts inactive for 2+ years may be deleted.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post.
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you post.
• We may remove content that violates our policies.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Posting malicious code, malware, or security exploits.
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• Spam, excessive self-promotion, or misleading content.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation.
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures.
• Scraping content without permission.

6. Plugins and Purchases

• Paid plugins are sold by their authors, not by claudeBase.
• We process payments through third-party providers.
• Refund policies are set by individual plugin authors.
• We take a platform fee on sales (disclosed at listing time).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Some content may persist after deletion.

8. Disclaimers

• Service provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for user-generated content.
• We are not affiliated with Anthropic.
• Use plugins at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
